I am a registered professional engineer (inactive) in civil engineering, having worked for a general contractor for 7 years after graduating from the Auburn University and before attending and graduating from Emory Law School. My practice is devoted almost exclusively to representing construction industry participants - owners, contractors, builders, subcontractors, and suppliers - in construction related matters. I represent clients at all stages of a construction project, from negotiation of the contract, through performance, to post-performance claims and disputes.
