Summary
My home office provides a free initial consultation. I have been practicing law since 1974. I clerked for judges of the Supreme Court of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals (Second Circuit), worked with a very substantial International Law Firm in New York City, and have practiced law in the Middle East. I retired as a Commander from the N.Y. Naval Militia, serve as an LTC in the New York Guard and am the State Liaison Officer for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary in Connecticut.
